Timeless CrossFit^® and Fitness

Fantastic experience: I just love this gym! I've been a member of many gyms over the years but there is nothing like this place. Initially I joined for the Crossfit and now I use the spinning and Fitness side. Owner and coach MC genuinely cares about EACH member. She and the other coaches can accommodate all fitness levels, previous injuries and individual preferences for a workout. Plus, people are just down right nice and friendly! I also really appreciate the way they honor military veterans - passed and present.

Fantastic experience: Had the greatest experience at Timeless CrossFit while dropping in for two weeks. MC and the coaching staff have built a true family/team atmosphere that does not compare to other gyms. MC does a phenomenal job with programming and making sure everyone has a smile on there face while going through the struggle of the workout! Great programming! The box is massive and allows enough space for open gym and always encouraged to stay after the WOD to do your own work. Amazing facility!
