Fantastic experience: My husband and I decided to start working out together September 2021, after not working out for a few years. We were not comfortable with going into a gym so Cyndi came up with a plan that specifically addressed our needs. We are getting older and started to notice a decline in strength and energy levels. We have been working out with Cyndi now for almost a year and I can honestly say she has helped us dramatically. Cyndi guides us through a workout in the privacy of our home 3 days a week, she is never late, never sick, and is always an absolute joy as she bursts through the door. Exceptional gym, very friendly, and highly motivating!
