Fantastic experience: Absolutely LOVE this gym! Came over after feeling discouraged from the negative atmosphere I was feeling at another local gym (Full Circle Fit) I used to dread going to the gym and in my recent experience felt like I was letting down my coaches even with giving my best effort. F45 takes both your mental and physical health into play. They are the most uplifting gym I have ever been to. Everyone is on your side and cheering you on. The coaches push you, support you, and encourage you making it your best work out. I always leave feeling stronger, like my limits were pushed, and high on life. It is an amazing place to be.

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about F45 on Avon. I have been going since they have opened this summer and it’s been a great experience. The workouts are always super fun and ever changing which is perfect for someone like me who gets bored easily. The staff is super friendly and welcoming . Dylan and Akwan are great coaches that push you to do your best and make sure that your are working through the moves correctly . Dan the manager was so accommodating when I was having trouble finding classes that fit my Schedule this summer after they took away the noon class . I love the body analyzer that is included with your membership so that you can monitor your progress. After I used it , Akwan even helped me to interpret all of the data. Best place to work our hands down.
