Fantastic experience: Did you ever walk into a gym and feel immediately comfortable? That's how I felt the first time I stepped into CF Legitimus. It's a beautiful location, right in the center of town and not in the typical industrial area. The gym is bright and clean, with full equipment, lots of space to move and workout, and a really great lounge where you again feel immediately accepted into the community. The coaching is top notch. The owners and coaches truly care about their athletes' fitness, health and healthy movement. Every class is coached thoroughly, every movement explained and watched for form. And the workouts.... they'll kick your butt and get you in great shape in no time. Highly recommend. A++++!

Fantastic experience: CrossFit Legitimus is more than a gym. It is a welcoming community where everyone works towards the same goals - improving their health and fitness - while coming at it from all levels of experience and aptitude. Inspiration abounds, whether watching an elite athlete perform a seemingly impossible task or seeing a beginner complete their first pull-up. Coach Jen’s workouts challenge the mind and body, to a soundtrack of great music and well-timed comic relief. All the coaches teach sound fundamentals and are happy to customize workouts as needed. Check it out, you won’t regret it!

Fantastic experience: I started at Crossfit Legitimus a year ago and the workouts always kick my butt. But what distinguishes this gym from others are the people. Jen is extremely knowledgeable and makes us mentally and physically fitter everyday; the community is amazing as everyone is so welcoming. Some new members have never worked out before and some do competitions - all are supported and welcomed.
