Fantastic experience: Teresa is a top Trainer in our area. She is competent, driven and totally committed to achieving the best of all possible results for each client that she enrolls. As an 83 year old client who has tried so many of our available resources for healthful exercise programs I recommend her to you without reservation. She will enlighten your life with her Spirit and positive attitude.
