Fantastic experience: Myself and a few of my athletes from Austin Barbell attended the Thursday night yoga class at CF 737. Overall the class was great, fast flows and challenging enough. The instructor was legit, she was able to call out focus areas as if it was her second language, no hesitation and very fluid. The lavender face towels at the end was a nice touch. We will attend more sessions going forward.

Fantastic experience: CrossFit 737 is a no judgement zone. We’re all normal people trying to improve on what we achieved or failed on yesterday. Seeing others succeed has motivated me to dig in and become better. I’m a better dad, I don’t run out of steam throwing and chasing the kids around anymore. Training changes your state of mind, I’m calmer due to being a more disciplined athlete, I see this influencing my kids. If you’re worried about injuries, CrossFit 737 has coaches that watch your every move. They’re trained in proper technique, explain the correct movements prior to each segment and continually monitor and correct throughout the workouts. I’ve travelled the country/world, dropping into other Boxes and I can honestly say, with all due respect to other Boxes/Coaches, no coaches watch and correct technique like CrossFit 737 coaches do. I feel safe under the eyes of my coaches, this gives me the confidence to lift heavier and push harder. If you don't want to measure yourself against yourself, be apart of a close-knit family-friendly community, inspire others and live a full healthy life, Crossfit 737 isn't for you..... Phil Blake

Fantastic experience: Crossfit 737 is something that has allowed me to be more fit in life both physically and mentally. This is one special place. As a recent new mom I was apart of this family up until 34 weeks and came back shortly after. The coaches are absolutely amazing and push you to become a better athlete. There are athletes of all shapes, sizes, and age that attend and yes they are all athletes because they give it their all every time they are here. It is a place that makes you apart of their family and treats you like one. It has changed my life.
