CrossFit^® 1209

Fantastic experience: Incredible gym! Great instructing with a focus on personal growth and safety. Class is scaled to each individual by the coach, with instructor's eyes on every rep. Clean, good equipment, and reasonably priced. Absolutely recommend to anyone interested in CrossFit, already an athlete, or just want to improve their own fitness.

Fantastic experience: One thing I truly enjoy about working out at CrossFit 1209 is the community. CrossFit 1209 is like a 2nd family. Everyone is extremely friendly and supportive. I love how we have a set group workout each day and a community to help push us through the rigorous Work out of the Day (WOD). Coach Rod Coachman pushes us through the workout but always us to scale down to our unique pace when necessary.

Fantastic experience: CrossFit 1209 has been a wonderful gym to work out at. Everyone feels like family and it’s a great community of individuals who are working to reach their goals together. I’m grateful for the coaching staff that personalized my workouts to assist to be the best version of myself.

Fantastic experience: I started my fitness journey (again) in June 2021. This gym has become my happy place and the people are my tribe!! Great atmosphere. Everyone is so welcoming. You NEVER feel out of place, not matter your level. The coaching is awesome. You learn the right way to do each movement while you get stronger!

Fantastic experience: I’ve trained with the coach for this gym since 2018. He is an excellent coach! He has tons of positive energy and really cares about making sure you do everything properly. The gym is a reflection of the coach as everyone is welcoming and encourages one another throughout all workouts. I highly recommend anyone looking to start working out or looking for a new gym to come here as you won’t regret it.
