CrossFit^® Dunwoody

Fantastic experience: I joined CrossFit Dunwoody 100 days ago. I knew I needed something new and different for a workout. While I was new to CrossFit it was not intimidating to learn a new program of exercising your body. I highly recommend the Kickstart program to get acquainted with what’s involved in CrossFit - Jamie Jones was my coach for that program - she was an amazing and motivating coach. Once that was complete I jumped into the workouts. With the guidance of the coaches I developed my confidence to complete the workouts. I’ve had the opportunity to be coached by nearly all the coaches: Glenn, Jamie, Amber, Trey, Nathan, Katy, Emma, and Kelly. If you are looking for a place that will motivate and challenge you, CrossFit Dunwoody is where you need to be !

Fantastic experience: I just moved to the US and was looking for a place to keep doing crossfit, I couldn’t have found a better place than Crossfit Dunwoody. The community is amazing, everyone will make you feel very comfortable and you will have fun while exercising and improving your fitness and overall health!

Fantastic experience: I joined Dunwoody CrossFit 3 months ago and absolutely love it!! Every session is different, working different parts of your body and mind. After each session I can guarantee that you’ll come away satisfied and happy you made the decision to join. The bonus is the skill and expertise of the coaches/instructors. Fantastic experience: One on one sessions with extremely knowledgeable coaches to get you familiar with CrossFit. The workouts are both challenging and rewarding, while the coaches really focus on your CrossFit journey to ensure proper technique is being utilized, so you don’t injure yourself. Could not be happier with the overall experience!
