CrossFit^® 404

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of CrossFit 404 for almost a year and I couldn’t recommend it more. The coaches are incredible and are truly role models. They communicate so effectively and truly want to see all of us succeed (injury free, of course). The gym is clean, spacious, and equipment is well maintained. There is a true sense of community at CrossFit 404. If you are looking for somewhere to get an awesome workout in the ATL area, check out CrossFit 404!

Fantastic experience: The coaching staff at CrossFit 404 are by far the best coaches I have ever worked out with. I work out a lot with Dalton, Jackie and Amanda and all the staff offers the most detailed explanation of the movements and all the various scaling options in order to ensure a safe and effective workout. To top it off, the coaching staff keeps the energy going from the second you walk in the door until the end of the workout and motivate you to do the best you can. The music is also great and varied. I've been coming here for four months and I highly recommend checking this place out.

Fantastic experience: I just finish my 1 week trail and love this gym. Unfortunately, I could not join since recently found out I’m transferring to a new office with work. The gym is clean, organize, plenty of space and nice workout equipment. Coaches are friendly, knowledgeable, energetic and pay close attention to detail and make you feel welcome. Love it, I would highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Amazing space and fantastic people! Dropped in here while I was travelling for work and had a blast. The athletes and the coaches (Brendan + Dalton) were amazing. The gym was clean, organized and had all the comforts you could ask for. Glad I got to meet you all and I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member here for 4 years (2018-2022) and this is an awesome gym. I did demo classes with a few crossfit gyms in the area and this was by far my favorite! All the equipment and the whole gym is super clean and the gym felt much brighter and more open than other places I visited. Since I joined there's been a couple of iterations of coaches and members but everyone is super friendly and the coaches provide you as much or as little guidance as you like. I think I've worked out with basically every coach and they're always ready with some advice or to cheer you on in a workout. The owner Jackie is also super involved and friendly, it's great to see her coaching as well as jumping into workouts with the rest of us! She's big on communication and I like how she sends explanations for upcoming programming. The gym also regularly hosts events for holidays and Crossfit events (i.e. the Open and Murph) which are super fun. There's also an in house tournament that sees great participation. There's also targeted classes included in the membership like gymnastics, lifting, cardio, and swimming in the summer. I know these can be extra charge at other gyms so I'm really grateful I get to focus my training if I want included in my membership. 10/10 would recommend 404!
