Fantastic experience: I love Total Training Ctr!! Thomas Embry is the trainer for my small group. We are a small group of women, filled with lots of energy and high expectations for ourselves and our workout facility. Thomas creates our work-outs specifically to help us excel and to become stronger! I highly recommend Total Training Center for individual training and for small group training.

Fantastic experience: The best! I’ve never felt more comfortable at a gym. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. It’s a small community with all ages. I’ve been training with Dani for 4 months now and I look forward to it every week. She’s extremely knowledgeable, especially with tailoring exercises for any injuries. I just started the fall boot camp, Im loving how much they mix up the workouts. I love total training fitness!

Fantastic experience: I am not sure that I would go to a traditional gym but Total Training feels more like a friendly club where people happen to be working out. I have been a member for around 15 years and cannot imagine Athens without this place. Dani and Angela are amazing trainers and create a super supportive environment as well as challenge folks to develop better habits. This is not a quick fix trendy kind of gym but somewhere you can learn to live and sustain a healthier lifestyle.

Fantastic experience: Eighteen years ago my doctor referred me to Dani and her gym. I have been going ever since. Dani is extremely knowledgeable about the body, tailoring exercise to individual needs. As a senior of a certain age, I credit The TotalTraining Center for my continued strength and agility. In addition, Dani cares deeply about her clients - she calls to check on those of us who may be under the weather and has even payed hospital visits to those of us who who may be undergoing surgery. The Total Training is family!
