Fantastic experience: Such an awesome workout program! Coach Rhuben is encouraging and challenging. He brings his energy and positive attitude to the class each day. If you are looking to change things up a bit, I highly recommend Strength and Strike Fitness. You will not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I found out about Strength and Strike Fitness through a friend who had been going to their classes for about a year. Let me tell you that during my first class I was given a warm welcome, and was given step by step instructions to make me feel comfortable. All the trainers are awesome and clearly love what they do. The classes are challenging but fun at the same time. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone who is looking for a great workout and hanging out with a lot of cool people.

Fantastic experience: Really challenging and fun. I've gone to A LOT of workout classes around the United States traveling, and this one was one of the best I've ever attended. I was able to pick up the moves easily and was still challenged while learning new moves. I will say, it will be helpful for you to have previous boxing or "cardio kickboxing" experience under your belt before attending.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member since 2018 and the workouts are never the same boring routine. The coaches are fantastic and they are always finding ways to keep it fun and help us improve our technique. Fantastic experience: Best gym in town! I love going here every day and working out! The coaches are fantastic, encouraging, and really know their stuff. The workouts are challenging and fun, and they are different every day. Coaches are always there to lend a helping hand and scale workouts to help with fitness level, injuries, etc. The gym itself is super clean and they have worked really hard to keep the place safe for us to come in and work out.
