Fantastic experience: Starting a new fitness regime is intimidating enough, let alone one that involves barbells, giant pull up rigs, and all sorts of movements that were foreign to me. The staff at ERCF coached me through each new thing carefully and safely all the while helping me see beyond my own mental limitations. East Ridgefield CrossFit has everything quality gyms do: great equipment, lots of space, incredibly clean; but what makes it truly special are the people. The owners and coaches are knowledgable, dedicated, caring, and from day one I felt like part of the family. In a few short weeks I had found “my people” and I could not be more thankful for stumbling into this CrossFit gym.

Fantastic experience: My friend Nick and I dropped in to see Kevin and Bri for a Saturday morning partner workout and also show off some equipment from Kiloflex. Bri, Kevin, and the other gym members were friendly and welcoming. East Ridgefield CrossFit is an awesome new gym with great equipment, great coaching, and awesome ownership. I would highly recommend this box to anyone looking to join a new gym or just drop in for a workout.
