CrossFit^® Queens

Fantastic experience: My sister and I were members for over a year and we miss it everyday. We left right before the pandemic because we had to move and we genuinely wish we could go back. This place was our favorite part of our day because the coaches were awesome and the members were friendly. From our very first interaction with coach Amy and Ferg we felt like we belonged. They were so nice to us. We were regulars at coach Dave’s class and genuinely loved it. We lived for the Saturday pump class. We were also regulars at kev and Megan’s class and we miss them. They were so helpful and nonjudgemental. We were in the best shape of our lives when we wwre members. I still use what I learned here when I go to my new gym. We Absolutely loved CrossFit queens and recommend anyone looking for a gym should check this place out.

Fantastic experience: Been training to QFQ when visiting New York from Greece. Great community, very good coaching. I believe that CrossFit Queens has the right combination of community/competitive training!! Hope to visit again soon!

Fantastic experience: Just joined about a month ago after a long hiatus from any crossfit gym/workouts and an even longer one from doing cf workouts on any consistent basis. I am very happy with my decision!! Atmosphere is chill, but welcoming. Coaches are friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and have good vibes. It is a cf gym that has been around a while and is pretty traditional, so that's what drew me to it when I was trying to decide where to go to get back into it. Workouts are not overwhelming and there are not a million parts to do each day. They keep the programming straightforward and effective. Space is clean and organized.
