Fantastic experience: This place is amazing! The trainers put your goals and your well-being first. It's the best CrossFit gym I've been to. Recent renovations (summer 2022) allow for more space to exercise, as well as space for additional equipment.

Fantastic experience: It’s a great CrossFit center. All the coaches are passionate about training and make sure every student is following the right techniques. I am Someone who needs to correct my technique more than once and coaches are very patient with me. It also has a great community vibe. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I really love the atmosphere here. Everybody is helpful and friendly. No weird competition. Real camaraderie. The coaches truly care about the students, are super knowledgeable and never pressure you to do something you're not comfortable with. Yes, they'll push you to your limits (if you want to!), but can always scale to your abilities and restrictions, if necessary. Plus, the gym is spacious and clean, has great equipment and awesome coaches. High integrity here too!

Fantastic experience: This gym is the BEST! ASDC is clean and the equipment is very well taken care of. The coaches are knowledgeable, positive and never push someone to do anything they aren’t yet comfortable with. The owner Brian truly cares about you and your fitness and it shows! The workouts are super effective and you can see the results within the first few months!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend ASDC! The owner and coaches are fabulous. I love that the CrossFit community are so encouraging and the coaches genuinely care about their athletes. There is a different workout everyday that is scaled to ones ability...focusing on correct form! You will never be bored with your workouts and you will make new friends!
