CrossFit^® Arx

Fantastic experience: I joined CrossFit Arx when I was preparing to do an obstacle course. The personal growth I’ve experienced is absolutely amazing! I’ve learned skills I would not have ever imagined! It only gets better with time and practice! We are like a family .. everyone wants the other person to succeed! I will be at CrossFit Arx FOREVER!

Fantastic experience: Joining Crossfit Arx was the best decision I have made in 2021! Lauren the owner is dedicated to helping members reach their goals, and will go out of her way to assist you in any way while being kind and patient! Not only has she helped me personally with fitting training into my schedule but has helped me stay motivated. The gym is amazing! Clean and spacious with great equipment! All of the coaches and members are seriously so welcoming and friendly !! And you won't get lost in the sauce after a couple weeks of joining, coaches check in on you during classes to see how you’re doing/feeling! If you're stuck in a rut, want to reach a fitness goal, or just looking for a new gym, this place has everything you could want/need. From classes, equipment, one on one training, and nutrition, you won't be disappointed!!!

Fantastic experience: CrossFit Arx is like family. I started going last year and though I had no idea what Crossfit was about, everyone was so welcoming. Lauren and everyone are just amazing people. I’ve only good things to say about this place and all the wonderful people. The place is super clean, equipments are excellent and Arx started my journey for holistic health.
