Fantastic experience: After not going to a gym during the pandemic I was welcomed with open arms at Lyfe. The coaches at the gym helped me get back into CrossFit after a two year hiatus.

Fantastic experience: Member since 12/2021. Joined with no knowledge of CrossFit whatsoever and definitely went in intimidated for obvious reasons but I can assure you, you will struggle, feel the pain and probably have regrets before and during the workouts but definitely after, every time, you will walk out of the class feeling pretty darn proud and amazing! First class is free, so what do you have to lose other than getting a free workout.

Fantastic experience: Super clean space and welcoming community. I dropped in earlier this week and everything was great - easy registration and check in, challenging workout, and Dan was an extremely helpful and encouraging coach. I’ll definitely be back.
