Fantastic experience: I joined Freedom Athletic Academy a few months ago and I am SO happy that I did. The gym itself is beautiful, clean, organized and full of the best/latest equipment. But beyond all of that, the coaches and staff are professional and welcoming. The coaches always make sure you are performing the movements correctly and do a great job at leading through example. The members are all super nice and welcoming...everyone truly does “work hard and stay humble.”

Fantastic experience: The BEST crossfit box on Long Island, hands down. Coaching staff is second to none. Extremely spacious gym with top quality equipment and people who treat u like family.
