Fantastic experience: Donald and Alyssa are the best! They care so much for their community and they do such a great job with their beautiful gym. The space is large and great for working out. Brittney and Mike are also incredibly passionate in coaching athletes! The Level Method programming is also challenging and great for ALL skill levels. I highly encourage you to try out this gym!

Fantastic experience: This gym is the best I have been to. The Level Method shows you exactly where your fitness level is and what you need to improve it. The trainers are super nice, motivating and show you how to do the movements correctly before each workout. Don't be afraid to give this cross-fit gym a try. All ages and fitness levels are welcomed by an amazing and supportive community.

Wether you are a beginner or have been doing CrossFit for years, you will love this gym. There is always a friendly face in every class and the coaches are incredibly motivating!! CrossFit Flashbang is more than a CrossFit gym. Donald and the team of excellent coaches are committed to getting the best out of every member.
