Fantastic experience: Great gym/box. Very nice group of long time regulars. Smart, nice, helpful coaches. Clean and spacious. Good equipment. Ran well. Great place for experienced people and also beginners. Good focus on form and safety. Everything has a scaled version. Not a crazy crossfit cult nor overly competitive but will politely push you to reach your goals.
Fantastic experience: Dropped in for a workout while visiting. Katie was fantastic. Everyone welcomed me and had a great, challenging workout. Strongly reccomend!!

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Great coaches. Incredibly welcoming. I've moved quite a bit and been a member of a number of gyms, this one is arguably my favorite. I'm also a programming snob and BRC gets it right. Miss this gym a ton.
Fantastic experience: This gym is amazing! the coaches are very knowledgeable and truly care for your safety. It is one of the cleanest, and well organized facilities i have been to. The community is simply amazing, I felt very welcomed and encouraged by all the athletes and coaches .
