Fantastic experience: The best gym in the twin cities hands down! The classes are fun, and challenging. It’s a very encouraging environment and they host lots of fun events as well. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: The workouts are intense as a beginner, but the coaches are understanding yet still push you. Everyone I have encountered is super friendly, and they want to see you meet your goals.

Fantastic experience: Dropped in at this box and couldn't have been happier. From the moment I walked in everyone was friendly and inviting. During the workout everyone was encouraging and never once made me feel like I didn't belong there. Patrick is friendly and knowledgeable, workouts were challenging and good. This box definitely has the community mind down. I wasn't home but I didn't really feel like it while I was there!
