Fantastic experience: The workouts are great for people at any fitness level. The coaches are great and class atmosphere helps keep you motivated. I recommend this gym for anyone who wants to live a healthy lifestyle and meet other like minded people.

Fantastic experience: We are so fortunate to have a CrossFit gym in our small town. My day doesn’t feel complete unless I can make it to a kettlebell or CrossFit class here. As a 6 year member, the workouts don’t ever get boring or too easy. The program opportunities are continually growing with offerings in Nutrition Coaching, Personal Training, Kids Classes, Team Trainig , etc. It is a friendly and motivating environment with a hometown feel.
