CrossFit^® Iron Dust

Fantastic experience: To begin with, I consider myself a decent CrossFit athlete having been part of the community for many years. After working out in 11 different states and 13 different cities, the programming at this gym is simply on a different level. Yes other gyms had good workouts but how CrossFit Iron Dust is able to not only formulate exceptional WODs, but as well correlate them throughout the week to get the maximum performance out of the athletes is truly astonishing. If you really want to become a series athlete then I HIGHLY recommend trying CrossFit Iron Dust.

Fantastic experience: This is a great gym! Coach Tyler focuses on teaching you the movements before anything else so that there’s no chance of hurting yourself. You can tell he’s truly dedicated to raising smart and strong athletes. The gym space is huge, too- lots of room for everyone. The work outs are always diverse and everyone cheers each other on. There’s a great community here. Tyler even managed to help me with a diet plan after learning that I had been put in the ER for my stomach issues. Thanks Tyler!

Fantastic experience: There are so many crossfit gyms one can choose from and a lot of them start to blend together, but ever so often one rises above the rest. This is how I describe Crossfit Iron Dust. The cream that has risen to the top. Professional coaching, focusing on technique and intensity combined with a friendly welcoming and fun community is the perfect gym. I gathered all this from just dropping in! I wish I lived here so I could make this my home gym. Definitely coming back!
