CrossFit^® 805

Fantastic experience: I have been going to CrossFit 805 for about a year now since July ‘20. I never really did CrossFit before but was physically active and went to the gym regularly. Since going to CrossFit I feel better physically and mentally. The coaching is very knowledgeable and are excellent teachers. I’ve enjoyed the workouts and the other box go’ers. The community there wants everybody to succeed and perform to the best of their abilities. The facility is clean and has all the equipment you could need or imagine for all the traditional or Olympic style weightlifting or a crazy CrossFit style workout.

Fantastic experience: There are so many things I can say about my wonderful experiences here at CrossFit 805! If you're looking to get stronger and maybe make some amazing friends along the way, this is the place for you. Coaches Lee and Kass are very knowledgeable and also aren't afraid to give you the extra push that we all sometimes need! I'm so grateful to be a part of this awesome community!

Fantastic experience: CrossFit is really hard! But it's supposed to be! And the coaches at CrossFit 805 are there every step of the way to reinforce proper technique and offer positive motivation to get you (safely!) through the grueling WOD's. I am new to CrossFit, and from day one I was welcomed with endless patience and sincere encouragement from both the coaches and the other members. CrossFit 805 is like a family - I love it here!

Fantastic experience: I love this place! I was new to Crossfit when I walked in their door over 2 years ago. I have learned so much and made great friends in the process. The coaches are so supportive and knowledgeable. If you are looking to challenge yourself and workout with some awesome people, I highly recommend CrossFit 805.
