CrossFit^® Evoke

Fantastic experience: As a CrossFit athlete who began her journey a little over 2 years ago, it was difficult finding a place that encompasses CrossFit in all aspects and levels. The first time I met Esther, one of the owners, she welcomed me with open arms. Her phenomenal background as an athlete in all aspects has not only rekindled my passion for CrossFit, but I have reached many personal milestones as a result of the effective programming she implements. I would highly advise anyone, beginner or experienced, to come on by and try this place out. You will be part of a family while getting a good workout embodying strength, technique, mobility, etc. This place is truly a hidden gem.

Fantastic experience: Discovered my love for CrossFit here. Coaches Tom, Esther, and Kai are the resident coaches here and I'm grateful for their dedication to the gym. I recommend this "Box" to anyone who is starting Crossfit because of the welcoming and supportive staff and members.
