CrossFit^® Rock Solid

Fantastic experience: The Crossfit Rocksolid team has been great. I joined about 3 months ago & really enjoying my time. Team is very supportive and patient; making sure that newbies can keep up and get the most out of their experience. Fantastic experience: I've loved being a part of CrossFit Rock Solid! I wasn't sure CrossFit would be possible after several injuries. The coaches are amazing at modifying every workout if needed, but still push you to get the best workout possible! Everyone there makes you feel part of the family and welcome.

Fantastic experience: I joined Crossfit Rocksolid recently after moving to the area. I was quickly taken by the awesome energy and knowledge you get from the trainers and also the members. It's like no other gym I've ever belonged to! Everyone is eager to help, and the coaches take time with you. They understand what you are striving for and they WILL get you there AND further, while having fun!

Fantastic experience: Rock Solid has been a great gym ! I’ve been going for almost 3 years now. The people there are like family and push you everyday to be better. The coaches are very knowledgeable and always encouraging you! I tried other places but this by far is the best and I am so glad I gave it a chance. Crossfit is something everyone can do, it’s not just for the extreme athlete and that’s what I like! Each person has their own level of what they do and the workouts can be tailored to yourself and your level of fitness.

Fantastic experience: I joined Rock Solid when I made the decision to decrease the amount I spent on a gym membership. I know all about the $10 planet fitness memberships but I needed something MORE that would hold me ACCOUNTABLE! My friend recommended Rock Solid. Mike the owner is great and very welcoming. The required orientation classes introduce you to techniques needed to perform skills. It not all about lifting heavy things, scaled workouts are always available if you;re "not quite ready yet" GREAT PLACE!
