Fantastic experience: As a first timer at Cross Fit and not even a week in, I think it is quite an experience. It's better than going to a gym where you plan your workouts due to the fact that everyone there, including the trainers are so supportive and understanding of your limitations without passing judgement. Also, being a Veteran, it gives me the structure I recieved in BCT where someone is constantly pushing you and supporting you to achieve something more; something better. The price is very low too for what you are getting. If I could rate it at a higher level, I would.
