Fantastic experience: Matthew is great, he believes in each of his clients have a different way of maintaining their fitness and health. He has a unique approach for each client that tailors directly to their individual needs, highly recommend!

Positive experience: I really enjoyed my time at this gym. It's very convenient to get in and out and it was easy to sign up. However, a few problems that bring the rating down including dirty, broken equipment, way too expensive price (I was at a much larger, nicer gym in CT that was $15 a month), and not well ventilated. Other wise, it's very convenient and no commitment necessary, which is great for someone who is looking for a quick and easy gym membership.

Fantastic experience: I loved this gym, not too crowded, very convenient, inexpensive, had a shower, and worked well for me. It is not for every one as there is not a ton of equipment, but morning/afternoon it is a great place to work out

Positive experience: The people who work here are super nice and it's never too crowded which is good. But it's dirty and poorly lit. A lot of the machines are broken and the first floor is usually full of screaming muscle dudes, dropping weights and then pacing around for ten minutes without exercising much.
