Fantastic experience: Visiting for a few weeks from the east coast and wanted to get in some yoga while away…as we all know, travel can be hard on the body…took a few classes at Mountain Yoga and really enjoyed them. Great space. Good class availability. Good instruction. Overall, good practice. Just what I needed.
