Fantastic experience: Been going to Crossfit Groundspeed now for a little over 9 years, and couldn't be happier with the coaches, WOD times, facilities - you name it. From soup to nuts, CFGS is by far the best box I've ever called home. Come on by and check them out. You won't be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: If you are thinking about visiting CrossFit GroundSpeed, let me help you by telling you it is going to be one of the best decisions you have made. You will not regret it, and your body will thank you. I went with my 14 year old daughter, and both of us loved it from the first day. Not only are the coaches extremely nice and helpful, but also the memebers make you feel at home. The coaches that I have delt with so far are Darcy, Felix, and Erick, and these coaches are so good at what they do, because if you do not know how to do an exercise they don’t make you feel bad they really help you get through it.
