North County Water & Sports Therapy Center

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at North County Water and Sports Therapy Center frequently over the past 10-15 years. I am a physically active mature woman who has recurring back, hip and neck issues due to overuse (misuse), bursitis and arthritis. When I can't resolve these issues on my own, I return to the wonderful physical therapists at No. Co. Water and Sports Therapy Center. Most recently I worked with Allen to resolve neck stiffness and pain which was bad enough that it interfered with my exercise routine and sleep. After two times a week sessions for a month, I have "graduated" and am feeling much better. I also learned how to work out smarter to avoid further issues in the future. The entire staff is friendly and professional. And, you get the undivided attention of your physical therapist for an hour. They guide you, answer questions and explain and demonstrate proper form. We also have great conversations about other things so you get to know your therapist. Definitely a beneficial and enjoyable experience.

Fantastic experience: For those of you in North County who have physical therapy needs, look no further than North County Water & Sports Therapy Center. The owner/founder Beth Scalone has implemented and maintained a unique operating model for over 20 years: one to one therapy. As a patient you spend the whole hour with your DPT, you are not palmed off to a student or a tech. And now, the office has expanded to include additional treatment rooms and isolation areas. I highly recommend you check it out.

Fantastic experience: 100% recommend NC Water & Sport Therapy Center to anyone looking for a great local physical therapy clinic. Both my parents went here and I'm so happy with their care. In the Fall my dad was hospitalized for 3 weeks. He returned home with home health care and then progressed to outpatient PT. He would call me after each session and tell me how much he enjoyed it and how much stronger he felt. I'm thankful to his PT Emily, office manager Britani, and the rest of the staff who took care of my dad and set an example for how a PT clinic should be.

Fantastic experience: I had the absolute best experience! The entire staff gets to know you and are all competent and capable of attending to your PT needs. I greatly appreciated that I was never just left on my own to do stretches or exercises, but instead always had my therapist observing, listening, learning, and giving direction and support to provide the greatest opportunities for improvement. Jordan is awesome, but as I've already said, the entire staff is top notch. They helped me progress quickly from an unbendable knee after a complete patellar tendon rupture repair, to climbing, running, lifting weights, golfing, and all the physical activities I enjoy!
