Fantastic experience: I have been training with Jan for 5 years and not only is she the best trainer I have ever worked with she helps keep me motivated and focused on my fitness and life goals.

Fantastic experience: I had serious back pain and anything medical would not do anything for it. Jan really helped me strengthen my muscles and wasn't afraid to push me to a fast recovery. Unfortunately I couldn't get my health care to cover the cost so I couldn't go as long as I wanted. I give her all of the credit for getting me back on track to where I can go and play volleyball now, when before I couldn't even lift the groceries. Thank you Jan!
