Fantastic experience: It's got everything I need. And the folks at the front counter are very friendly. The locker rooms are good too. Yeah it's old and dingy but that's part of its charm.

Positive experience: Roomy w much equipment. Sauna has been subpar or inop for about 3 years.

Fantastic experience: Excellent facility. One minor issue. The men's sauna room was down.

Positive experience: Great gym! Has area for cardio, weightlifting, stretching room, Basketball court, spinning room, parents room which has an area with tv for kids while their parents workout in the same room. Huge gym with plenty of racks, treadmills and free weight are.

Fantastic experience: Glad to see the smiling faces and the doors unlocked at 0500 every morning. Maybe the AFBs will back to having up & running sauna & steam-rooms in the gyms oneday.
