Fantastic experience: I love the diversity and range of people 5hst attend this place. It's perfect for mine and my kids fitness needs.

Fantastic experience: This place is nice and well kept. They don't have much as far as free weights go. They do have the essential squat rack, bench press and dumbbells. So the savy weight lifter can easily do a lot of different weight exercises even though they don't have the set up already there. They don't get too busy, and it's comfortable to work out there without feeling the eyes of people staring at you and silently judging you. The membership is cheap compared to other gyms, and it's great for my whole family because they have child care included. They offer swimming lessons for my kids, summer activities for when they aren't in school, and different levels of karate classes. It's a fantastic place for everyone and it's safe.

Positive experience: This is what you can Expect as a Senior ! Many Senior Members are in the FREE "Silver Sneakers Program". An excellent Group of Members in a Friendly Considerate Environment. The Facilities are inadequate and many classes are overcrowded ( especially The Pool) with Seniors restricted to a Fraction of the Pool - even when the remainder of the Pool is Empty (Just in case a Lap Swimmer arrives). In the Summer with Daycare/Camp Programs the facility is bursting at the seams as children take over. This facility has also taken on the Free Lunch Program to kids in need during the summer (A Great Cause). The quality of the instructors varies from Excellent to Just Average. Instructors in many classes change frequently (who knows what the problem is) and New Classes geared towards Seniors are seldom offered. This is a City of North Las Vegas Facility. In all "Y's in the Valley don't expect an Adult Sauna - Whirlpool-Steam Room, etc. even though most 24 HR LVAC's offer these facilities for about the same price - if you do not get a "Y" discount. The best financial part is there are No Contracts - so if it's not for you, it's easy to stop paying.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this center!! My daughter attended preschool there for two years and we were members as a family for at least that long. The classes and instructors are great! We have recently moved out of state but I had to leave a great review. I miss this place terribly. It is definitely the best gym in town, with the best quality and the best people working there. Everyone from the pre-school director, to the swim coaches, to the BodyPump instructors (my fav!!) I would highly recommend this place to anyone considering a membership somewhere. I have found nothing so far that compares!! Give them a try!!
