Positive experience: I have small children, the childcare is very important for me to be able to work out. No complaints about the childcare itself. It is very frustrating however, that they don’t offer childcare from 12 to 4. I pick up my daughter from school at 2 and would love to be able to work out after while I’m in town instead of having to drive all the way back out to go after 4.

Positive experience: The pool, which seemed to work very well on a first-come, first serve basis is now hyper-regulated and the booking system is a technical mess. We have a family membership, and despite being a heavy user of software at work, I have tried and failed twice to book side by side lanes for me and my daughter. Today I called and was told my membership didn't allow what I wanted and my kid and I should just swim in the same lane, which follows similar "service oriented" responses of late such as "get the app" and "call Atlanta". The COVID response was also bizarre and went against the best information at the time and which has proven correct since. For months, low-risk kids were excluded while high-risk seniors were welcome, with no effort to create schedules that might open the gym up to both groups.

Positive experience: Great complex, but it's really frustrating that they have basketball courts that are more prioritized to daycare and workout classes. We pay for a membership but when I come to the gym to train my children, it's a hit or miss if we can have access to the basketball courts. I understand the capatilism aspect of it because they make money off of daycare, but it's not fair to paying members who want to use the basketball courts.

Fantastic experience: Great place to swim laps.. Mid to late mornings are pretty much wide open. I enjoy jumping in the giant hot tub and relaxing in sauna after words.
