Fantastic experience: Miss Diane in the daycare center has been life changing for our son. I can't say enough good things about her. She has been stern but fair and has taught him useful life skills like folding clothing and towels. I am forever grateful to have lucked into finding her!

Positive experience: 9/12/19. I've noticed a change since we have had new management. A group of ladies shared that some of the managers were impersonal. Classes are canceled and no one knows about it or the members are not made aware in a timely fashion. It seems like management doesn't communicate with the instructors. We as members know when they are not going to be there but not much effort is put into finding a replacement. The instructors are not the problem, they keep the place going. Staff at desk is hit or miss. My grandson loves going to childcare especially Monday and Wednesday night while I go to zumba. He is all smiles when we pick him up. Best Zumba too. Zumba instructors Chad, AJ and Fernanda are great. They are the main reason my family and I are still members.

Positive experience: Gym staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Gym equipment is plentiful, in good condition, and up to date. No real waiting to use anything! Other patrons are appropriately friendly (not intrusive, but polite). Building is a bit old and somewhat rundown (only reason it’s 4 stars, not 5), but great place to get a great workout!
