Fantastic experience: All around good gym. Has a cardio room, separate free weight room, and weight machine room. Pool area is nice, all you have to do is ask to be let in. Friendly staff.

Positive experience: Place was clean and always had the best a/c on post

Positive experience: Good for being a small post. Bad weekend hours however it is open now.

Positive experience: Good gym, cardio area and basketball court. Pool is currently closed for an undetermined time for maintenance.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Only issue is finding it. They can't have FHL in the name some where to make it easy. Overall great multi-room gym with pool and full court, Racquetball court too. First time I saw a tire flipping machine, it is great to transition work outs with the tire flip. One of the better gyms I had been too, but the best part is it is open all day and never really crowded.
