Fantastic experience: Since moving to Manzanita in 1976 NCRD has always been a part of my family’s life. It’s where my children learned to swim, play and where I and one son worked for a period of time. The staff is dedicated and friendly and knowledgeable. NCRD is a vital part of our area.
