Montana Athletic Club

Fantastic experience: I visit the club at least twice each week to workout with a trainer who has tailored a program for me to build and maintain overall strength and endurance. She pays attention in each session to push or to ease up as appropriate so that I get maximum sustained benefit with low risk of overdoing something. It's a pleasure to do my workouts using the club's excellent equipment and facilities.

Fantastic experience: I have had so many great experiences at MAC. It started with Josie being so helpful and welcoming. I have done several classes: Happy Hearts (Leona and Christine are so helpful and attentive), Silver Sneakers, (Jan is just precious and very dedicated), Pool classes with Holly, Michelle and Monterea, each different, each with their own methods of pool exercise, and tomorrow I am trying the Barre class with Leona. I found that so very many of the other people in the classes in addition to the "leader/teachers" to be very welcoming and encouraging. I am a larger 70 year old women that is in the process of loosing weight and making life style changes so it is so nice to have MAC and the kind helpful people to assist me in my journey!
