Eagle Brook Country Club

Fantastic experience: We had the BEST wedding at Eagle Brook Country Club. We had both our ceremony and reception at the venue. Their wedding coordinators are fantastic and the venue is gorgeous! We started with Sue in the early stages, then started working with Taylor about 9 months before the wedding. They were both absolutely wonderful. Taylor was so responsive leading up to the wedding and so easy to work with! On the day of she was very calm and made our lives a lot easier. Taylor helped us plan the day from start to finish without missing a single detail. Without her, the day would not have been as amazing and beautiful. We heard nothing but AMAZING reviews from all of our guests. We continue to receive texts and calls weeks after our wedding telling us how amazing the venue and service was. The patio was a HUGE hit with our guests as well. If you are looking for a gorgeous venue with a great patio and an awesome venue coordinator, this is it. A HUGE THANK YOU to Taylor for everything, you are the best!!

Fantastic experience: We had an absolutely amazing wedding reception at Eagle Brook last month! Sue is the Private Events Coordinator. She was responsive to all my emails (even responding to me late into the night) and took care of all the behind the scenes work with all my vendors. Sue is a great asset to Eagle Brook's team and I am so glad I was able to work with her! The banquet staff was awesome and so attentive to our guests. Tim and Brandon were especially great and made sure that my husband and I were well taken care of all night! Food was delicious! The venue itself was stunning and it didn't really take much to shape it into our vision for our wedding. We were able to use the country club grounds to take our bridal party portraits and they even provided golf carts for us to use! Plenty of parking for guests and there's a bridal suite for the bridal party to use.

Fantastic experience: Eagle Brook is an amazing venue and Taylor was the best wedding coordinator I could have asked for not only the day of our wedding but all the months leading up to it! We had so many last minute changes due to guests not being able to make it and she made everything work for us. Taylor and the entire staff at Eagle Brook made our lives a lot easier. The venue itself is GORGEOUS and the food is amazing. We got so many compliments on the food and the scenery. I don’t think I’ve ever had better wedding food than I did at our wedding. Everything was perfect and we could not have been happier with how our day went!!

Fantastic experience: I had the most BEAUTIFUL wedding at Eagle Brook on Friday! I am in awe of the amazing service I received during my year plus of planning and excellent service on the wedding day. Sue, one of the event coordinators, is an absolute superhero!!! She helped me plan the event from start to finish, was always readily available when I had last minute questions or changes, and really made a personal connection with me. Sue absolutely went above and beyond for me EVERY step of the way! She was on top of it with all of my vendors and covered every detail with a fine-toothed comb. Without Sue, my day would not have been as perfect as it was. Even though it rained on my special day, the ceremony and photos were beautiful! Sue again saved the day calling my vendors and coming up with a plan B before I could even think about taking care of it. The banquet person helped set up Thursday (so sorry I can’t remember his name - but he was excellent)! Joey was my banquet captain on the wedding day and he was nothing short of AMAZING as well!!!!! I heard nothing but RAVE reviews from every single one of my guests! Matter of fact, guests were still calling us and numerous family members the days following to talk about how excellent the service and food was. No complaints here! Such a good value for everything in our package. Typically when you go to a wedding, you don’t remember the food or service, but it was literally the highlight of everyone’s evening. The bartender was excellent too, and I loved that our open bar package included things like Cosmos and Long Islands - many wedding bars will not accommodate. Too bad weddings are a one time thing because we’d love to get married again at Eagle Brook! Thank you to Sue, Joey, the excellent bartender and the equally amazing kitchen and banquet staff who made this the absolute BEST WEDDING (I know I’m biased but this really was)!!!

Fantastic experience: Planning our daughters wedding and reception with Eagle Brook Country Club was amazing from the moment we walked in the door till the conclusion of our event. Sue, Mellisa and staff went out of there way to answer all our questions and helping us make sure our vision for the big day went exactly as planned. Last minute challenges are normal with big events, the staff handled it with out hesitation. The food was delicious. Every guest loved their meal. The staff the day of our event was attentive and helpful from start to finish. We added a little Latino flair with a Mexican sweets table - I’d highly recommend adding churros to your event. The appetizers were presented beautifully by Eagle Brook and were also a big hit! Especially the grilled cheese/tomato soup shooters! It was a day we will never forget!
