Positive experience: No group fitness classes

Fantastic experience: Got every machine that you'll need. I did come in on Saturday morning when they opened. So I was able able to bounce around without waiting for the equipment to free up. I will edit my post a week from now, after I do a few visits during the weekday.

Fantastic experience: Superb variety of equipment to work all the components , and muscle groups in the body. Sauna and pool makes for a great way to relax after a workout. Hours don't allow for going swimming after work hours, but you can work around it if you really wanted to do it........

Positive experience: Great gym, seems like the air conditioner could use some work.
