Melaven Gym

Positive experience: Still being fixed, well maintained and quiet, has cardio equipment and upper body work out equipment, has 1 guided squat rack and a couple deadlift bars but not much room for the deadlift, has benches and free weights

Fantastic experience: Not sure if this still applies but wish the rock climbing was open here, it wasn't when I used to go here 2 years ago. Good gym and plenty of machines and weights to use with good amount of space. Excellent especially during the winter.

Positive experience: Plenty of free weights and machines. However, the cables are in the part that is closed off due to damage, along with the Squat racks.

Positive experience: There’s more space to work with a lot of varieties of machines, and equipments other than PFC gym. I’d say it’s a good place to go build your strength at Melaven gym.

Positive experience: Is pretty good water no work though
