Fantastic experience: I signed up with F2TC in May of this year after noting liking the way I felt or looked in clothing. With the help of the encouraging trainers, great classes and healthy meal plans I have lost a good amount of weight and almost near my goal. Besides weight loss and gaining muscle, I have met a great network of women all who are encouraging and supportive. This was the best choice I have ever made. Thank you, thank you.

Fantastic experience: UPDATED November 2021. Still going string with Fit2TheCore. Years in and feeling good about my fitness level. Much has changed but still the same support and guidance needed to remain a healthy, older, woman. Previous Post….. January 2017...started my way back to being healthy...did it...and continue to do it...as a result of the help guidance and support I have recieved at Fit2TheCore. Would not have been able to do it alone. 25 lbs and 28.5 inches gone. Thanks ladies. And anyone considering coming in for a look. Do it-you won’t regret it.

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a regular old gym- this place isn’t for you. Fit 2 the Core is SO much more. This women's only gym is a safe place to work on you. Camille doesn’t just go through the motions. She is a nutritionist who will help you analyze and re-create your eating habits as well as set attainable time bound goals for yourself. I do personal training with Lisa B. (The BEST) every workout is different and she isn’t shy about pushing me to achieve more. If I could give more starts I would!
