Positive experience: This is a nice experience, felt safe with the lifeguards, it was clean and family friendly. Sunbeds weren't the best or comfortable.

Fantastic experience: This is a common area for residence of Avalon community. It includes a couple of big swimming pools and a kiddie pool as well as basketball courts, tennis courts, and a sand volleyball court. Newly renovated play area for little kids includes swings and slides. A couple of walking trails for short distance walks.
