Fantastic experience: Great gym. The owner is an excellent trainer. Genuine and Caring. They now have low-impact Aquatic Training. Excellent for all ages sizes and fitness levels.

Fantastic experience: After trying many different things to help my chronic back pain, I started training with Mykel. Not only did he help my back, but trained the rest of my body to help support my back. He gave me a better understanding of what could be causing my back pain and ways to treat it. I cannot recommend Better Body Training enough.
