Fantastic experience: We had some family stay at Kozy Cabin Retreat and the kids wanted to swim in a pool! Thankfully, Murphy Health and Fitness has a great pool and offer day passes to those visiting. The kids had a great time ALL day long in the pool. Enjoyed a picnic at the tables provided and then of course, back in the pool. Thank you Murphy Health & Fitness, we will certainly recommend this service to our future guests.

Positive experience: Clean. Nice staff. Good facility overall. Problem is ever since the dome got built the pool is not worth going to in my opinion. Absolutely no sun, so water is freezing. Can't hear lifeguards (when there are some), music echos, screaming echoes. At least you're not dying of the chlorine burn from typical indoor pools.

Fantastic experience: They have the machines, weights, and facilities that you would expect at a gym in a bigger city. Finding a solid 25-yard lap swim pool in a small town is amazing. The staff is awesome.

Fantastic experience: The gym and swimming pool is spectacular but I don’t like music the fitness center plays over the intercom. Rock and pop music justs isn’t for me. I hope someday that the fitness will add a spa to the facility since the Sauna was added. Thanks to the staff for everything they do and keep up the good work maintaining it.
