Fantastic experience: I enjoy going here. My personal trainer Kim is a Coach. She comes across as professional, kind and approachable. I have been a massage therapist for 17 and I could not figure out how to heal my shoulder injury. I’ve been working with Kim for about 8 weeks one day a week and it’s a strong as it was before the injury. Thankyou

Fantastic experience: The Sports Mall is an awesome gym for all of your workout wants and needs! They have many options for weightlifting, group fitness classes, an awesome swimming pool, and tennis courts while maintaining a close knit community feel among their members. I love working out there.
