Positive experience: Lots of equipment and free weights. Need more stretching equipment would be helpful for use older adults with joint problems

Fantastic experience: This is a small gym and is not fancy but has everything you need to get in shape. Great monthly rate with no contracts. Independently owned. My father (88) joined this gym (first time in a gym EVER) and Gene (personal trainer) is FANTASTIC and tailors the workout to my dad's needs and capabilities.
