CrossFit^® Cerberus

Fantastic experience: I joined crossfit cerebrus around a year and a half ago when I moved to Missouri. This gym has amazing coaches, who truly care about helping out every gym member. All the members were extremely welcoming, and helped me feel at home. Overall, an extremely positive environment to set and reach your goals in life.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Cerberus for 2 years now and have loved every minute. The coaches are great, the classes are fun and challenging, and Carl is always doing everything possible to accommodate member's needs. The programming is created to meet you where you're at and push you to grow and succeed. Equipment is regularly added and updated to ensure we're using the best available. This is the first time in my life I've actually seen results with my body--muscle mass is way up, and fat is down. Thank you Cerberus!
