Fantastic experience: Definitely a chill place to just swim away. I just finished up chemo & needed a place to go to recover my strength after 8 months of illness. The place was clean & staff were kind. I DO suggest you call ahead of time to secure your spot. A swimming lane per person to make sure place doesn't get too crowded & only $15.

Positive experience: I am torn over this review because I think this facility has a lot of positives, but ultimately, I decided to cancel my membership recently because it is simply not worth the money. The pool is great - locker rooms/showers could be better, but I will truly miss this pool! However, most of the cardio equipment is not in the best of shape. As someone who had a membership from 2013-2015 when TWC was still LASC, I can say that most of the equipment is leftover from LASC - and not all of it was in great shape then. Neither the stairmaster nor the rowing machines turn on, something that has been an issue for a while. I brought the issue of the rowing machines up about a year and a half ago - likely, the screen just needs a new battery - and it's clearly never been addressed. There are other machines that are in rough shape, or whose sensors do not work quite right. Communication is not great. I reached out by email and facebook message five separate times about cancellation, to no avail, despite my membership contract stating to reach out in writing about cancellations. I was able to quickly cancel my membership over the phone today, in about 3 minutes. Long story short: if you need a pool, this is best option in the area. If you're looking for cardio and weights training, you may want to do a tour first to decide if it's worth the price.

Fantastic experience: I love the swim classes for my boy. Sue does a great job. We love it.

Positive experience: My kids are taking private swim lessons at the wellness complex with Sue she is great with the kids! The pool is warm and clean. The kids locker rooms however are freezing and could use more attention. Over all we are happy.
