Fantastic experience: The Y is great! I like the more open atmosphere. The people here are very friendly. Not too much equipment but exactly what I need. Staff are very welcoming. My daughter loves the outdoor pool and splash pad. I like swimming laps inside.

Fantastic experience: We love to swim and Shades Valley Y has it all! The indoor pool is perfect for lap swimming and the outdoor pool is very accommodating for anyone with mobility issues- it even has a sloping entry..not to mention all the water features and 2 slides for the kids. Love this place so much! Superior facility, helpful n smiling staff, always a happy experience for the whole family.
